It appears that some of my photos are going to be showcased in New York City, thanks to Flickr and multimedia technology. For more information on the exhibit, please visit the NYC Exposition’s Flickr page.
Location: PRDream/MediaNoche in East Harlem, El Barrio.

Clarisel, one of the group’s administrators, asked me to compose a little blurb about myself, which I did. It now appears in stunning beauty at the NYC Exposition blog, accompanied by my favorite picture of Ian, David Stocker’s son.

This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. This site sells a product that allegedly aids the user in creating perfect sideburns in 5 minutes. The visuals are fantastic. What a smile, eh? Also, make sure you check out the super-fly guy on the home page. Are these people straight out of the seventies?
Also, for ladies, check out Perfect Bangs! Got a family? Ooh! Get the Family Hair kit. This is sure to get good results among your peers.

In case you’re wondering what this food log thing is about, I saw a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner on Sunday. Why? I had been feeling depressed as of late, and I decided to stay away from pharmaceutical medications and psychiatrists who are quick to give you pills. Instead, I sought out Robert Fox, who practices at Shalem Healing, located where the Vinyl Locust used to be on the corner of Locust & Farwell, in Riverwest. We discussed my diet, and the types of foods that I consume, as well as my lifestyle, etc. His recommendation was for me to undertake a mild liver cleanse, which involved including and excluding specific foods for one week. In order for me to keep track of my dietary intake, I’ve decided to add it to my blog.

Plenty of water throughout the day.
I had the worst frigging headache last night. It felt like a hot poker was being driven into my brain, just behind my right eye. I could barely move. It was nearly nauseating. I essentially slept it off, but I’m afraid that it will return today, as I feel a little bit of pressure in that area again. Time has demonstrated that I react to weather in this manner. It’s raining quite heavily in Milwaukee right now, and yesterday’s headache may be attributed to the gathering clouds before the storm. Ugh. Never again, I hope. It was unbearable.
