Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Breakfast:
2 gala apples
1 grapefruit
2 cups of Chamomile tea

Lunch:
sauteed Collard greens
2 slices “Genesis” bread
1 cup Chamomile tea

Post lunch:
2 radishes

Dinner:
1/2 lb, wild Salmon
lightly sauteed bok choy & collard greens
red rice

Post dinner:
1 cup Chamomile tea
1 tbsp. Flax seed oil

Plenty of water throughout the day.
