Music Reading Class

Exercise in 3-4

Last week, I was complaining about a guy in my class who was always playing in class while the teacher was talking. Today, the same guy ended up completing the class successfully. Apparently, he’s quite motivated and managed to sight read well enough to complete all the class requirements. I’m quite impressed, and also a little bummed that the guy got done with the class before I did. I hope this will be a type of motivator for me. I’m not really the competitive type, but that guy was truly annoying.

    see – the poor boy was just bored with the class. I used to get really bored in classes too but I didn’t have anything to play with to ease the boredom – nothing I could get away with.

    OK. I was jealous that the annoying guy finished the class before I did.
