Meals

The food log continues. I’m on another mild liver cleanse…

Breakfast:
1 organic grapefruit
1 organic gala apple
1 cup organic Chamomile tea

Lunch:
Salad with lettuce, artichoke and onions (non-organic)
1 organic radish

Dammit. I’m still hungry after that lunch.

Snack:
a bowl of organic peanuts
green Odwalla protein smoothie

Dinner:
1/2 lb. wild salmon
sauteed bok choy
wild yam buckwheat noodles
1 organic gala apple

Meals

Breakfast:
hemp granola with yogurt, sprinkled with Blueberry blossom honey
1 cup Chamomile tea
1 radish

Lunch:
approximately 5 bites of this terrible bean slop I made, which I decided to toss
mixed green salad with tomatoes, sprinkled with parmesan cheese
1 granny smith apple
1 radish
1 glass vanilla kefir

Post Lunch:

1 grapefruit

Dinner:

2 sardine & alfalfa sprout sandwiches (Genesis bread)
1 glass vanilla kefir

Post Dinner:

1 sardine & alfalfa sprout sandwich
1/2 cup Ben & Jerry’s Dublin Mudslide ice cream

Dinner @ Izumi’s

Dinner @ Izumi’s:
3 pieces of salmon sashimi
2 pieces of albacore tuna sashimi
1 piece of flounder sashimi
1 piece of red clam sashimi
1 cup miso soup
3 steamed crab dumplings
3 rolls of fermented soybean maki
3 tbsp. Flax seed oil

Breakfast & Lunch

Breakfast:
grapefruit
banana
1 cup kefir
granny smith apple

Lunch @ Mo’s Cucina:
crab meat salad with baby greens (spinach, arugala, romaine), tomatoes, parmesan cheese
5 slices of baguette dipped in balsamic vinegar/olive oil
2 cups kefir

Dinner

Dinner:
1 granny smith apple
Red rice
Sauteed red chard with carrots, onions, garlic and ginger
1 cup kefir

Post-Dinner:
1 cup kefir
4 cucumber pickle spears
1/2 cup Ben & Jerry’s Dublin Mudslide ice cream
2 tablespoons rice pudding
