3 pieces of salmon sashimi
2 pieces of albacore tuna sashimi
1 piece of flounder sashimi
1 piece of red clam sashimi
1 cup miso soup
3 steamed crab dumplings
3 rolls of fermented soybean maki
3 tbsp. Flax seed oil
