1 cup kefir
granny smith apple

Lunch @ Mo’s Cucina:
crab meat salad with baby greens (spinach, arugala, romaine), tomatoes, parmesan cheese
5 slices of baguette dipped in balsamic vinegar/olive oil
2 cups kefir
