Red rice
Sauteed red chard with carrots, onions, garlic and ginger
1 cup kefir

Post-Dinner:
1 cup kefir
4 cucumber pickle spears
1/2 cup Ben & Jerry’s Dublin Mudslide ice cream
2 tablespoons rice pudding
