Bowl of plain, whole milk yogurt with blueberry blossom honey
1 grapefruit
a handful of hazelnuts

Lunch:
Red rice
Sauteed red chard with carrots, onions, garlic and ginger
1 cup kefir
a handful of hazelnuts
