LaCrosse firefighter wants to hunt feral cats

Under this proposed law, your tabby could be shot (yes, shot) by anyone with a small game license. This guy is a freak, and clearly has a resentment against cats.

    Seriously, why do some (sick) people wish to kill anything and everything that they do not like. Kill it or enslave it, sounds like something history has seen far too often.
